Services Requested: Most services require at least two weeks advanced notice. Requesting a service does not guarantee accomodation. Access to these services may require funding from Team/Committee/Group budget.

Zoom Meeting Link

Building Access * (will follow up on if key is needed, or if Front Handicap Door or Kitchen Door need unlocked)

Room Setup/Teardown (chair and table arrangements)

Dishwashing, Tablecloth laundering, or Cleanup Assistance

Use of Consumable/Disposable Supplies (compostable dishware, coffee and accoutrements, etc.)

AV Use/Assistance (use of multiplatform equipment, mics or speakers, special requests)

Childcare * (The Childcare Coordinator must approve a completed Childcare Request Form)

Special Publicity * (Communications Coordinator must approve a Pubicity Request Form)

Special Office Supply Use (Any printing exceeding 50 copies, postage, specialty paper, etc.)
